Ryan Cochran-Siegle Silver Medal

Slow day for medals, but the competition is fast and fierce on Day 5.

We start off today with Ryan Cochran-Siegle of Starksboro, VT bouncing back after a disappointing finish in the Alpine Skiing Downhill with him defending his silver medal from 2022 in the Super-G.

Liz Lemley, a rookie and Jaelin Kauf win the gold and silver medal in Women’s Moguls in Freestyle Skiing! The United States first gold in this event since 2010!

Jordan Stolz sets an Olympic Record in the 1,000 meters in Speedskating! He wins the gold medal! Largest margin of victory in this event since 1984!

Chock and Bates secured the silver medal for the United States in Figure Skating Ice Dance after a phenomenal performance.

At the end of Day 5, the United States has 12 medals (4 gold, 6 silver, and 2 bronze).
